We keep an eye on local and national issues that might affect your business and proactively alert you (e.g. BT lines are down).

System & Network Monitoring

We constantly monitor key system parameters, including any warnings or errors that may occur. These are automatically rectified.

Manual Backup Verification

Our team manually verifies that your backups are successful. If a backup fails, we will notify you and take corrective action.

Warranty Tracking & Management

We keep an up-to-date list of your warranties and expected refresh dates, so that you always know when investment might be needed.

Cloud Services Maintenance

We keep an eye on your cloud services and perform routine maintenance where needed, including Microsoft 365 & backups.

Manual Antivirus Verification

We verify that your antivirus software is operational and that updates are deployed as soon as they're available.

Software Patch Management

We ensure that all available verified software patches are applied to your systems to maintain security and stability.
